Refund and Cancellation Policy

TRCEP's planned launch includes a 30-day free trial so agencies can test the workflow before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel, contact support before renewal. The Core subscription remains available through its current paid-through date and will not renew. Each additional-user subscription will also stop: one ending earlier stops at its own paid-through date, while one prepaid beyond the Core date is shortened to end with Core.

Unused Add-on Time

If a prepaid additional-user subscription extends beyond the Core end date, we refund the exact unused overlap to the original payment method, calculated to the currency's smallest unit. Elapsed or used service is not refundable unless required by law or approved as a documented exception.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must include the agency name, account email, invoice reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank and card-network processing times may vary.

Ticket Bundles

A +25-ticket bundle refund requires a support review of bundle use and a coordinated reversal of both the payment and the matching TRCEP capacity grant. We will pause and escalate the request if those records cannot be reconciled safely.

Taxes and Invoices

Tax/VAT and invoice treatment will be finalized before production billing. Payment processing, chargebacks, receipts, and refund timing also depend on Stripe and the customer's payment provider.

Current Status

No production payments are enabled in the MVP. This page exists so the public website has the right launch structure.
